Our Vaccine Philosophy

We believe in:

We generally follow the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommended immunization schedule because it provides the best protection during the years children are most vulnerable.

  • To maintain a safe and consistent standard of care:

    • Children are expected to be up-to-date on all routine vaccines, or actively working toward becoming up-to-date.

    • This applies to all standard childhood immunizations.

    • Flu, COVID-19, and HPV vaccines are strongly recommended but not required .

    • We do not offer alternative vaccine schedules or ongoing non-medical exemptions.

Vaccine Pricing & Options

We offer multiple pathways so you can choose what works best:

Insurance + Dose Direct (Given In-Office)

  1. We submit the vaccine order through Dose Direct.

  2. Dose Direct works with your insurance plan or you pay cash.

  3. The vaccine is shipped directly to our office.

  4. Your child receives the vaccine during a scheduled visit.

Insurance + Pharmacy (Given In-Office)

  1. We coordinate with the pharmacy

  2. They bill your insurance

  3. We fill, transport, & administer them in our office.

In-Office Cash Pay

The simplest, fully managed experience with clear, upfront pricing and no pharmacy trips.

Given at Local Pharmacy or Health Department

A lower-cost option based on your eligibility. We coordinate all records to keep your care organized.

Vaccine Bundle (0–24 months)

A simple, all-in-one approach to your baby’s first years

The 2 years includes the majority of recommended vaccines. We’ve designed this package to make it easy, predictable, and fully coordinated.

    • All recommended vaccines through 24 months

    • Seasonal flu vaccine (when indicated)

    • RSV protection (Beyfortus, when appropriate)

    • All administration and coordination

    • No pharmacy trips

    • No surprise costs

    • Everything handled in one place

    • $2,850 one-time (ACH/debit) or $90-112/month for 24 months

    • HSA/FSA reimbursement may be available depending on your plan.

  • Vaccines are timed to protect your baby when they are most vulnerable.

    • Birth: Hepatitis B

    • 2, 4, 6 months: Vaxelis (hep b, Hib, DTap, IPV) + pneumococcal + rotavirus

    • 6 months+: Flu (seasonal)

    • RSV season: Beyfortus (when indicated)

    • 12 months: MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis A dose 1

    • 15 months: Hib, pneumococcal, DTap

    • 18 months: Hep A dose 2
