We are Dr. Rajavi Shah and Dr. David Washington, board certified physicians who believe primary care should feel personal, thoughtful, and truly supportive.
Dr. Shah cares for adults 18 and older as a board-certified internal medicine physician, bringing empathy, careful listening, and thoughtfulness to her visits. She strives to create true connections and believes that the doctor-patient relationship is at the core of prevention, wellness, detection and treatment of medical problems.
Dr. Washington is fellowship-trained and board-certified in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Lifestyle Medicine. He cares for infants, children, teens, and adults of all ages with a focus on prevention, lifelong wellness, and helping patients achieve their greatest health potential.
Together, we care for individuals and families across every stage of life, combining nearly 30 years of medical expertise with a down-to-earth, human approach. We believe the best care grows from strong relationships—where you feel known, heard, and comfortable asking questions.
