  • Nutrition Therapy (Evidence-Based, Not Dogma)

Nutrition is personalized based on your needs. We will show you how to slowly adjust your nutrition as we move forward in your weight loss journey together.

Body Composition & Metabolic Health Tracking

We will discuss how to understand your body composition and track yourself at home to monitor your achievements

  • Physical Activity & Functional Movement

Activity and movement is essential but can look different for each person. We will help you find a form of movement you can do and enjoy! Part of our program includes an equipment room to teach you if you don’t know where to start!

  • Behavioral & Lifestyle Support

We are here to help you learn the lifelong skills you need to maintain consistency and great habits to continue your journey.

  • Anti-Obesity Medications (When Appropriate)

Weight loss medications can absolutely be appropriate and many times essential for long term loss management. Many medications are FDA approved for weight loss and your physician will help you choose and prescribe what is right for you and monitor you closely during your treatment.

  • Long-Term Care & Maintenance

Getting you to a place that you can maintain your weight loss and health is our goal with this program. We want you to leave it feeling great, with better health, and the skills and knowledge to maintain your weight loss long term!

  • Stigma-Free, Weight-Inclusive Care

We are trained in obesity medicine, and will approach your care with empathy and kindness.

Cost

$199 per month in addition to your primary care membership. Your doctor will incorporate the program into longer visit times if you are already coming in for an appointment, or bring you in for separate visits for the program based on your needs. Cost of medications is not included.
