Choosing a primary care physician is an important decision. Our Meet & Greet visit provides an opportunity for you to meet with one of our physicians, learn about our practice, ask questions, and determine whether our approach to care is the right fit for you and your family.

During this visit, we can discuss:

• How our membership model works

• What services are included in membership

• Our approach to preventive and chronic disease care

• Pediatric care and vaccine options

• Lifestyle medicine and wellness programs

• Communication, scheduling, and after-hours access

• Your healthcare goals and what you are looking for in a physician

This visit is designed to help you make an informed decision before joining.
Please note: The Meet & Greet is an informational consultation and does not include medical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, prescription management, or establishment of a physician-patient relationship. If the meet and greet is canceled less than 24 hours before appointment, the fee is nonrefundable.
Fee: $99 per visit
Credit: If you enroll within 30 days, the visit fee will be applied toward your membership enrollment.
